Hang-Seok Chang

Dr. Hang-Seok Chang is Professor of the department of Surgery, and General director of Cancer Hospital of Gangnam Severance Hospital, at the Yonsei University, College of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. Dr. Hang-Seok Chang had postgraduate training in Head and Neck Service at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA. He is currently the chairman of the board of the Korean Association of Thyroid-Endocrine Surgeons (KATES). He is also serving as the director of Planning of the Korean Thyroid Association (KTA), and the vice president of the Korean Journal of Head and Neck Oncology (KSHNO). He is a Fellow of American College of Surgeon (FACS). He has a particular interest in the treatment of advanced cancers of thyroid and parathyroid, especially in surgical treatment and molecular targeted therapy for refractory cancers. He is author of more than 300 articles, including over 100 SCI articles.
