Nykola Kent

I am a fourth year PhD student at the University of Queensland. I completed my Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland in 2016. In 2017, I completed my Honours year working in the Moritz laboratory at UQ. I commenced my PhD in January of 2019 under the supervision of Dr James Cuffe and Professor Karen Moritz. My research project currently focuses on the effect of hypothyroidism on maternal metabolic health during pregnancy.
