David Pattison

David underwent dual specialty training in both Endocrinology and Nuclear Medicine. He previously worked at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre before moving to Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital in 2016 where he is the Deputy Director of Department of Nuclear Medicine & Specialised PET Services, nuclear medicine lead for the RBWH radionuclide therapy service and supervises postgraduate students at University of Queensland. His research interests are at the intersection of nuclear medicine & endocrinology - neuroendocrine tumours & thyroid cancer - and prostate cancer theranostics. He has been a chief investigator on several large competitive grants for theranostics.
