Eliza M Colgrave
Eliza is a 2nd year PhD scholar in the University of Melbourne's Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is completing her research project on endometriosis under the supervision of Dr Jane Girling, Dr Sarah Holdsworth-Carson and Professor Janet Keast. Eliza's project is focused on characterising endometriotic lesions in the context of patient data using histology, targeted immunflourescence, second harmonic imaging and stromal cell line experiments. Her work aims to capture the heterogeneity of endometriotic lesions and determine if lesions demonstrate any menstrual-cycle stage effects or progressive age-related changes.
